Filling large gaps in floorboards with reclaimed wooden fillets £15 per sqm plus fitting charge
Kitchen Worktop sanding from £55 per linear metre depending on condition
Minimum charge for worktops is £250.00 all inclusive
Staining to any colour ( samples will be done on site ) £10 per sqm
Removing carpets and gripper rods and take away for disposal from £100 per room
I will give a fixed price on inspection for any repairs
Fireplace hearth removal and fill in with reclaimed flooring from £220
Staircase treads sanded and finished from £55 per tread
All the above prices are dependant on room size and condition of floor
My minimum charge for a floor is currently £400.00 per job all inclusive
